Prototyping: The Future of Physical Therapy

How might we reduce the travel burden for individuals in physical therapy?

With an aging population of Baby Boomers on the horizon, the need for exploring new ways to deliver healthcare is becoming increasingly important. Mobility challenges can present hurdles to care, especially for patients undergoing physical therapy who may have difficulty walking or driving to an appointment.  We leveraged Arduino prototyping and ‘Noodl’ to create a tangible user interface that explores how remote physical therapy might work in the future.
